Project Engagements

• All projects begin after mutual agreement on scope, timeline, and pricing
• Project scope changes may affect timeline and cost
• Client is responsible for providing required content and timely feedback
• Payment terms are defined in individual project agreements

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, all custom code and designs created for your project are transferred to you. You own the final deliverables. I retain the right to showcase the project in my portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

Limitation of Liability

Digital Shyam shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of services or this website. Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.
